Specifically, my experience as a practicing C.P.A. for 20+ years, my certification as an INVESTMENT ADVISOR, and my experience as a real estate salesperson combine to offer you a solid basis upon which to decide whether an investment in real estate meets your long term financial objectives.

A significant portion of my services involve the use of specialized software specifically designed to determine the various investment scenarios in your purchase of commercial or income-producing property. Most important is my ability to provide a clear interpretation of these results to you.

For buyers, I begin by reviewing your individual situation and understanding your financial objectives. I can then assist you in finding THE investment property that fulfills your needs.

For sellers, after determining your income tax consequences, I will assist in establishing the appropriate market price for your property. After this determination I will be happy to list your property for sale, or to pursue a section 1031 exchange, if that is a viable option for your situation.
